Shipping and Handling
We aim to process your order on the day of receipt, but please allow up to 7 working days for delivery to avoid disappointment.
Personalised items may take up to 28 days. Where items are temporarily out of stock, despatch may be delayed. We will advise you if this is likely to be more than 28 days.

Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

We're sure that you'll be happy with your purchase. If for some reason you are not completely satisfied, you can return it in its original condition and packaging within 30 days of receiving the item. Should you need to return an item for any reason, please obtain a Proof of Posting certificate from the Post Office as we cannot take responsibility for any parcels lost in the post.
Unfortunately, unless your return is the result of our own error, we do not refund returns postage.
